A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Company Secretary to manage corporate governance and compliance for client companies. The role involves regulatory filings, handling correspondence, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Mandarin, alongside a proactive approach to teamwork.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Control and management of all company secretarial matters in respect of Singapore companies set up by clients including maintenance of correspondence, corporate files and registers.
All regulatory compliance requirements, ACRA/BIZ filings, IRAS e-stamping.
Reviewing and forwarding company mail and ensuring clients are advised.
Conducting client due diligence and maintaining records.
Any other matters which may be required by the Manager in Charge or the Directors
Ensure efficient maintenance of corporate database
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of secretarial experience
Ability to converse in Mandarin
Proactive and ability to work in a team
