A leading company in the drilling industry is looking for a company secretary to handle corporate compliance and management of secretarial matters. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and strong communication skills in Mandarin. This role requires proactivity and teamwork to ensure efficient corporate operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Control and management of all company secretarial matters in respect of Singapore companies set up by clients including maintenance of correspondence, corporate files and registers.
All regulatory compliance requirements, ACRA/BIZ filings, IRAS e-stamping.
Reviewing and forwarding company mail and ensuring clients are advised.
Conducting client due diligence and maintaining records.
Any other matters which may be required by the Manager in Charge or the Directors
Ensure efficient maintenance of corporate database
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of secretarial experience
Ability to converse in Mandarin
Proactive and ability to work in a team
