Our client is a Japanese accounting firm actively expanding its business across APEC countries. They are currently seeking a dedicated Corporate Secretarial Assistant to support a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for their clients.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Prepare resolutions and minutes for directors’ and shareholders’ meetings.
- Support customer due diligence processes, including onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
- Assist with company incorporation, registration of foreign entities, and other corporate secretarial matters. (Knowledge of VCC is an advantage!)
- Maintain statutory registers such as the Register of Controllers, Nominee Directors, Nominee Shareholders, and Minute Books.
- Manage company formation, annual compliance requirements, and general corporate administration.
- Prepare and file statutory returns with ACRA.
- E-stamp transfer forms with IRAS.
- Stay up to date with statutory and regulatory developments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements under the Companies Act.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of corporate secretarial experience in an accounting firm.
- Solid knowledge of the Companies Act and relevant subsidiary legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
(Advantageous)
- Experience handling offshore jurisdictions such as the BVI and Cayman Islands.
- Currently pursuing or holding a corporate secretarial qualification.
- Able to commence work on short notice.
