About the Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing
New Business & Retention
- Develop and acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients, including assigned prospects in identified sectors or market areas.
- Identify growth potential in new sectors and formulate sales and marketing plans to support profitable new business and retention objectives.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales goals to meet company objectives, including new revenue, profitability, and retention targets.
- Manage and execute the sales process from prospecting to closing, positioning the company’s services as solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, RFQs, and tender documents to ensure service offerings and SLAs meet customer needs.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers, brokers, agencies, agents, and business organizations through visibility and active engagement.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities through visits, solicitations, and participation in industry events.
- Submit a steady flow of qualified new business opportunities and achieve targeted closing ratios.
Account Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute account management plans.
- Promptly manage and resolve customer queries, feedback, and issues.
Other Related Activities
- Track and review sales targets monthly and take necessary actions to close gaps.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Participate in brand management, marketing communications, creatives, and integrated activities.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree qualification is highly regarded but not essential.
- Proven sales track record with Third Party Administrators, Insurance Brokers, or Agencies.
- Experience in sales and account management within managed healthcare services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, interact effectively at all organizational levels, and promote a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
