Job description

A role for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as a Sales Manager - Corporate Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for driving corporate sales and collaboration programmes, crafting and modifying our current corporate product segment, maintaining a quality lead pipeline, and exploring opportunities to cross-sell products, including wall installation projects and equipment sales, to turn these opportunities into revenue sources. He/She will also co-author resources for operations teams to ensure effective delivery of corporate and collaboration initiatives to meet customer service and business goals. Once available, the Operations team shall implement these as outlined in the CR.

He/She shall gather feedback on programme and collaboration viability and success rates to review and improve initiatives, projects, and equipment sales.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Primary and Immediate
  • Increase corporate sales from corporate companies, schools, government agencies, and institutional clients.
  • Craft and modify current corporate product segments.
  • Maintain an ongoing, quality lead pipeline of current and potential clients.
  • Follow up with clients to increase repeat business.
  • Explore opportunities to cross-sell products in project/wall installation and climbing equipment.
  • Maximize occupancy of climbing gyms across all days and hours.
  • Provide prompt responses to inquiries and convert them into sales, from quotation to invoicing and payment.
  • Submit monthly reports on potential clients reached and sales confirmed to meet set KPIs.
  • Secondary and Update
    • Provide timely and accurate programme schedules and co-author resources for the Operations team.
    • Maintain effective record-keeping systems for reference and evaluation.
    • Maximize and monitor the use of POS functions by the Operations team.
  • Partnership and Collaboration
    • Develop partnership and collaboration plans for the next 6–12 months.
    • Actively seek potential partners and sponsors to enhance collaborations and increase sales.
  • Account Receivable, Payment, and Market Research
    • Manage account receivables to ensure timely payments and minimize late payments.
    • Implement resources to ensure seamless sales and delivery processes, encouraging repeat business.
    • Research industry programmes and collaborations, and present relevant opportunities to senior management for potential integration into Climb Asia's business portfolio.
