Job summary

A leading apparel company in Singapore is seeking an individual for a sales role. Responsibilities include developing new customers, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and at least 1 year of cold calling experience. Immediate starters are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably candidates with a Diploma or higher.

• Develop and acquire new customers from leads.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customers from given or generated leads.
• Attend to customer's inquiries and prepare sales quotations.
• Follow up and coordinate customer orders, providing excellent customer service.
• Liaise with relevant parties (e.g., factories, suppliers, sub-contractors) for sampling sourcing and coordinate production delivery.
• Manage and coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery according to customer's requests.

Requirements

• Preferably candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/associates and our China factory.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A good working attitude, proactive, independent, and self-motivated individual.
• Ability to start work immediately is an advantage.
• Minimum of at least 1 year of experience in cold calling.
