Job description

Corporate Relations & Placement Specialist
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Industry & Employer Engagement: Visit companies to understand hiring needs & build partnerships. Coordinate with HR teams to organize placement drives, job fairs & campus recruitments. Conduct market research to identify new job opportunities.
  • Training & Preparation: Guide candidates on resume writing, interview skills & soft skills. Organize workshops, mock interviews & career counseling sessions. Ensure candidates are prepared for industry-specific roles.
  • Placement Drives & Campus Recruitment: Plan & execute campus placements in collaboration with colleges. Organize job fairs & walk-in interviews. Maintain a database of job seekers & track placement success.
  • Field Visits & Networking: Travel to colleges, companies & job expos for placement coordination. Attend HR summits & build connections with recruitment agencies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of placements, employer feedback & job openings. Prepare reports & ensure compliance with recruitment policies.

Education: Bachelors Degree (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. A Masters degree (MBA in HR or Marketing) is a plus.

Experience: 0-2 years in staffing, recruitment, corporate relations, or career counseling. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply. Prior experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, or sales & marketing is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies: Strong communication & networking skills, ability to travel, basic knowledge of recruitment processes & job market trends, interpersonal skills.
