A leading company in civil engineering is seeking a Corporate QAQC & Systems Management Manager to oversee quality control standards and system efficiencies across projects. This strategic role involves leading QAQC initiatives, managing changes, and collaborating on corporate governance, supporting both global operations and compliance enhancement.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Corporate QAQC & Systems Management Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of quality and system standards across STEC’s global operations. This leadership role is responsible for establishing unified QAQC frameworks, driving compliance across projects, and enhancing system efficiencies in line with corporate goals and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control (QAQC):
Develop and enforce QAQC protocols across all construction projects, both domestic and international.
Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to codes, standards, regulations and QMS requirements.
Lead internal and external audits and resolve quality issues with stakeholders.
Promote a culture of quality through training and performance reviews.
System Management & Optimization:
Lead the design and governance of business process management systems.
Develop a centralized, digitized framework for documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
Collaborate with departments to standardize and optimize processes for cross-functional integration.
Identify system inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives.
Corporate Governance & Internal Compliance:
Design and implement internal audit frameworks to ensure system compliance and identify inefficiencies.
Drive continuous improvement programs based on root cause analysis, internal feedback, and external benchmarking.
Establish and monitor system performance and departmental accountability.
Leadership & Change Management:
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in QAQC, governance, and systems management.
Conduct internal training programs to build capacity and promote continuous improvement.
Champion change management initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Assist in Strategic Planning & Corporate Development
Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement short- and long-term strategic plans.
Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Lead corporate culture and branding initiatives to align with strategic goals.
Organize and facilitate strategic planning workshops and meetings.
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in strategy, governance, QAQC, or system management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with international teams and headquarters.
