Job summary

BUILDBRIDGE PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Corporate QA/QC Manager to lead the organisation-wide quality management function for large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance, safety and performance.

You will develop and maintain the QMS, drive audits, report KPIs to senior management, mentor QA/QC teams, and partner with Project Directors and site teams to embed a strong quality culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate QA/QC across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and ISO QMS.
• Proven ability to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the corporate QA/QC framework across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain the company's QMS in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Establish and review corporate quality policies, procedures, standards and work processes.
• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections and compliance reviews across project sites.
• Monitor project quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with Project Directors and site teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review quality reports, KPIs and performance trends for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong quality culture.
• Support project teams in resolving complex technical and quality-related issues.
• Ensure documentation and records are properly maintained across projects.
• Lead, mentor and develop QA/QC personnel across the organisation.

With a commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence, the company is seeking an experienced Corporate QA/QC Manager to strengthen and lead its organisation-wide Quality Management function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Corporate Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) framework across multiple construction projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Establish and review corporate quality policies, procedures, standards and work processes.
• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections and compliance reviews across project sites.
• Monitor project quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and site teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards.
• Lead investigations into quality issues, non-conformances and defects, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Review quality reports, KPIs and performance trends and present findings to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.
• Support project teams in resolving complex technical and quality-related issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, records and quality control processes are maintained across projects.
• Lead, mentor and develop QA/QC personnel across the organisation.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• QA/QC and Quality Management within the construction industry.
• Managing quality systems across multiple projects or at a corporate level will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, regulatory requirements and ISO Quality Management Systems.
