To support this growth, we're looking for a driven and experienced Corporate & Project Finance Analyst with strong financial modelling skills and a passion for sustainability.
Your Role
You’ll be part of a high-performing team working across the full investment lifecycle from origination, structuring, financing, and execution on both renewable energy and low-carbon infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate renewable energy and infrastructure investment opportunities with cross-functional teams.
Lead the development and integrity of complex financial models for project and corporate finance.
Support due diligence, structuring, and execution of project/corporate financings and M&A transactions.
Prepare investment decks, board papers, and internal reports.
Negotiate term sheets and work with lenders, legal counsel, and advisors.
Provide inputs into financial strategy, budgeting, and capital structuring.
What You Bring
Degree or postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA/CPA/CA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in project/corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
Proven experience in renewable energy financial modelling is essential.
Exposure to infrastructure or real estate finance (e.g., green buildings, sustainable assets) is a plus.
Strong Excel modelling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint/Word.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
