With a growing portfolio and strategic mandate, the firm is seeking a Corporate Planning & Strategy Lead to strengthen its business planning and corporate development efforts as it continues its expansion.

Role Overview:

Reporting to senior leadership, the Corporate Planning & Strategy Lead will play a critical role in shaping the firm's strategic initiatives, business planning processes, and corporate growth agenda. This is a highly visible role that requires strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management across functions to drive key projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the firm's corporate planning, business planning, and strategic review exercises.
  • Lead analyses of industry trends, market opportunities in order to develop and maintain strategic frameworks for decision-making
  • Ensure the firm’s corporate strategies are aligned with long-term objectives and growth aspirations.
  • Drive the preparation of board materials, corporate reports, and strategic updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal operational initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and alignment across departments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–10 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business strategy, management consulting, project management or related functions.
  • Background in venture capital, investment management, private equity, government/government-linked entities, or management consulting firms will be highly regarded.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
