Job Title: Corporate planning & Development (6 months cont)

Location: Kent Ridge

Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm)

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Performance Reporting:
    • Consolidate and analyze hospital-wide KPIs and scorecards
    • Prepare data-driven reports and impactful presentations for senior management reviews and strategic decision-making
  • Key Corporate Planning Cycles:
    • Support organization and preparation of materials for Senior Management retreat
    • Support the coordination for company’s annual Departmental Workplan Cycle
    • Assist in preparing key strategic department indicators e.g. workload, P&L, and FTE data and summary reports for Departmental Workplans
    • Record minutes to capture the key points, decisions and actions items discussed
    • Conduct basic research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Others:
    • Support special projects such as hospital strategy papers and pilot initiatives.
    • Explore and propose process automation opportunities (e.g., Power Automate)
Requirements
  • Minimally diploma, undergraduate or degree holders in Business Administration / Management degree or Strategy related disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and present data effectively
  • Proactive attitude with capability to work collaboratively across departments
