About The Role

As our Corporate Partnerships Manager for Gojek Singapore, you will be responsible for the growth of our GoCorp business in Singapore. You will lead a team focused on acquiring and developing strong, trusted relationships with key corporate partners. Your role involves driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring team success in achieving ambitious targets.

What You Will Do

  1. Sales strategy and planning: Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive sales strategy and tactical plan for growth. Set sales forecasts and targets for the team.
  2. Client management and negotiations: Design and build commercial models to secure key accounts. Influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively with partners, ensuring timely calls to action. Provide strong post-sales support to ensure excellent account management and high partner satisfaction.
  3. Team management: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set KPIs and monitor team progress and productivity.
  4. Project management: Design pitch processes and materials. Evaluate existing processes and recommend optimizations. Leverage product/service characteristics to meet partner demands.
  5. Analysis and reporting: Stay ahead of industry trends and gather key competitive insights. Prepare and communicate performance metrics across the organization.
  6. P&L and budget ownership: Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and business planning.

What You Will Need

  • BA/BS degree or higher with outstanding academic performance.
  • At least 6 years of sales or business development experience; team management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and navigate uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; structured thinking and creative messaging.
  • Data-driven approach to complex issues, with the ability to develop impactful recommendations and action plans.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills with all management levels.
  • Rapid learner, thrives in fast-paced environments.
