Corporate Partnerships Executive

The Corporate Partnerships Executive supports the Corporate Partnerships team in establishing collaborations with corporate partners, researching potential donors, organising fundraising events, maintaining databases, and developing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage personal and sustainable relationships with partners and donors
2. Organise and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
3. Assist in preparation of grant proposals and donor solicitation letters and emails
4. Conduct information search on prospective corporate and public donors
5. Assist in maintaining and updating databases and records
6. Generate reports and data analysis on fundraising efforts
7. Implement the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
8. Assist in creating marketing and communication materials to promote fundraising campaigns

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in fundraising will be a bonus
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
• Those who require a work permit need not apply
