Snap Fitness is a leading fitness franchise with a global presence in over 20 countries, dedicated to providing 24/7, convenient and affordable fitness solutions to individuals. In Singapore, we are rapidly expanding with 10 clubs and growing.

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Corporate Operations Executive to support our growing franchise network. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence across all clubs, coordinating expansion projects, and maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution in operations, compliance, and vendor management. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting franchisees, and enabling the successful growth of our fitness network.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management
  • Develop, document, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all franchise locations.
  • Monitor and analyze club performance KPIs (e.g., membership growth, retention, and revenue) to provide actionable insights.
Project Management
  • Support expansion projects, including new club openings, refurbishments, and relocations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and landlords to ensure site readiness.
  • Track and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
Franchise Support & Compliance
  • Act as a primary contact for franchisees, assisting with operational queries and ensuring adherence to Snap Fitness brand standards.
  • Support franchise onboarding, training, and operational audits to maintain excellence across all locations.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure clubs meet safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Marketing & Brand Coordination
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation across all franchise clubs.
  • Support franchisees with localized marketing initiatives when required.
Vendor & Supply Chain Management
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Ensure preferred suppliers deliver quality services and products across all clubs.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Technology & Systems Support
  • Assist with franchisee onboarding to gym management systems (e.g., Glofox) and ensure effective utilization.
  • Troubleshoot operational system issues and liaise with tech vendors for solutions and improvements.
  • Recommend and implement digital tools to enhance operational workflows.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all clubs adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining Snap Fitness standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Financial & Administrative Tasks
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of club operations, vendor agreements, and financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, or business support (fitness or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
