The Corporate Marketing Specialist will spearhead corporate marketing initiatives, focusing on building and maintaining robust relationships with corporate clients, industries, and organizations. You will need exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in conversions, and expertise in forging Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to promote hospital services, health programs, and wellness initiatives. As the ideal candidate, you will act as a brand ambassador, driving community and corporate engagement while delivering measurable results.Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing long-term relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and stakeholders of corporate organizations to promote hospital services and facilities. You will identify, negotiate, and secure MOUs with corporate entities, industries, and other organizations to drive mutually beneficial collaborations. Additionally, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to highlight Altor Hospitals" state-of-the-art facilities, specialized services, and healthcare programs to corporate clients. Designing and implementing corporate health programs, wellness initiatives, and community outreach campaigns will also be part of your role to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will be responsible for driving lead generation campaigns and converting prospects into long-term corporate partners through compelling pitches and presentations. Regularly meeting with HR teams and corporate leaders to understand their needs and tailor healthcare solutions accordingly is crucial. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate healthcare needs to refine marketing strategies will also be part of your role. Acting as a professional representative of Altor Hospitals at corporate events, seminars, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence is also expected.
