Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in banking operations.
  • Familiar with KYC, AML, MAS626 regulation is an advantage.
  • Experience with eServices like Business Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR is a plus.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in setting up electronic services for non-individual clients.
  • Process client onboarding including internet banking applications.
  • Liaise with business units on referrals and queries.
  • Prepare statistics and reports.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of team members in performing setup of electronic services for non-individual clients and work with various stakeholders within the bank.
  • Process Non-Individual client onboarding including internet banking application and maintenance, Corporate PayNow, SGQR, API, etc)
  • Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations
  • Prepare statistics and reports
  • Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in banking operations
  • Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage
  • Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR etc is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Be a self starter, fast learner, committed
  • Be able to work independently and a team player.
  • Able to adapt to new technology / systems
  • Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess good typing skills
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft office skill such as Word and Excel
  • Meticulous and diligent with an eye-for-details
  • Possess good communication and analytical skills
