Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Retail Management, and Event Management.
• Backgrounds in analytical, structural, and behavioral fields are encouraged (Education, STEM Education, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering).

About the role:

As a Management Trainee, your primary objective will be to learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, including areas such as operations management, human resources, team leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving. This training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to prepare for future senior management roles. We welcome fresh graduates who are energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to engage with people and children, demonstrating an open heart and a proactive attitude.

Working Hours:

Mon : off

Tuesday - Friday : 1:30pm - 7:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm

Key Accountabilities:

• Continuously learn and understand the specific business operations and management strategies of the company.
• Participate in and lead team projects, enhancing teamwork and leadership.
• Effectively manage and execute projects in a multitasking and high-pressure environment, with a results-oriented approach.
• Solve problems encountered in work, formulate and implement solutions, emphasizing replicable processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the company's daily operations and management activities, learning the company's business processes and strategies.
• Assume a leadership role in projects, effectively distribute tasks and manage progress, ensuring smooth completion of projects.
• Think independently when encountering problems, propose and implement solutions, and conduct a review after problem resolution.
• Accept feedback from superiors and colleagues, continuously improve your skills and knowledge, and maintain positive energy with an open mindset to change.
• Enhance your professional knowledge and skills by participating in the company's training and learning activities and continuously learning.

• Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of work experience.
• Tree Art (TA) Focus | Business & Operations: We are highly interested in candidates with backgrounds that support our creative commercial operations and educational business management. Bachelor's or master's degree in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Retail Management, and Event Management.
• Furthermore, applicants with training in foundational analytical, structural, and behavioral fields—such as Education, STEM Education, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, and Industrial Engineering—are highly encouraged to apply. Other business management or related fields will also be considered.
