Corporate IT Support

Responsibilities:

1. Imaging laptops, desktops, servers, notebooks, and tablets.
2. Working with Desktop Engineers to maintain image libraries.
3. Troubleshooting hardware issues with laptops, desktops, servers, notebooks, and tablets.
4. Troubleshooting software issues with laptops, desktops, servers, notebooks, and tablets.
5. Acting as an account admin for various software products.
6. Assist with Wireless account management.
7. Troubleshoot internal network issues.
8. Project work.
9. Internal audio, visual setup, tear down and troubleshooting.
10. Corporate/customer on-site hardware inventory maintenance.
11. Corporate data-centre monitoring, and maintenance.
12. Virtual server troubleshooting, building, and maintenance.

Requirements:

1. At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates, or anyone with relevant working experience.
3. Cloud service providers’ certification will be a plus.
4. Basic Windows OS experience including Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
5. Basic Networking knowledge.
6. Basic hardware knowledge including: laptops, desktops, servers, switches, and routers.
7. Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
8. Microsoft Office experience (Office 365 is a plus).
9. Knowledge of cabling and termination standards and experience working with Cat 5, Cat 5e and Cat 6 fiber terminations.
10. Solid methodical troubleshooting skills.
11. Able to work after office hours depending on project needs.
12. Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organisational and time management skills.
13. A good team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
