Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design.
• 2–5 years of corporate office interior design experience.
• Strong design portfolio showing big ideas per client brief.
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop; Enscape is a plus.
• Fluent bilingual communication and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept design, space planning, perspectives, material selections and drawings to the clients.
• Monitoring projects from conception to completion.
• Liaise with clients and vendors throughout the projects.
• Coordinate with project team to assure the sites conform to design criterion and construction regulations.
• Attend client meetings and conduct design presentations.
• Capable of managing project assignments to be completed within the given deadline.
• Coordinate with project team in harnessing creative ideas with a balanced senses of aesthetic and marketplace consideration.
• Possess dynamic and proactive work attitude with a keen sense towards FF&E and be able to articulate design concept with flair.
