A leading technology provider in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support professional to assist their Sales Manager with various tasks including pricing, supplier negotiations, and customer inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Information Technology or a related field and have sales experience, particularly in IT distribution or systems integration. The role offers on-the-job training for eager learners ready to establish a career in sales.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support to Sales Manager: Get pricing, source for products, prepare quotations and send proposals to Customers.
· Source for International Suppliers; check products pricing, stock status.
· Negotiate best pricing with Suppliers; follow up closely with them on orders processed
· Act on sales leads as passed down by Sales Manager.
· Help Customers with product- related enquiries or system-related issues.
· Track project schedule and profit & loss reports to Management.
· Liaise with Accounts Dept to process orders and goods delivery.
· May convert to outdoor sales if meet the requirement.
Requirements:.
· Prefer person with IT Distributors or Systems Integrator sales experience.
· Inside Sales of IT Distributors / SI are most welcome to apply
· Pro-active, have good initiative to follow up closely, can work with tight deadlines
· Accurate, analytical, and willing to spend time to understand customer’s requirements.
· Proficient in Words, Excels, Internet, English language
· Minimum Degree in Information Technology / business related course.
· Good in English writing.
· Immediate opening.
· On the job training and guidance will be provided if person has no experience but who are willing to learn the craft and make a career out of Sales.
