Job description

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Lead to drive financial strategy, capital structuring, and investment initiatives for our energy business. You will work closely with senior leadership to support business growth, M&A activities, project financing and financial planning across renewable and conventional energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, project financing and strategic investments.
  • Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses and investment proposals.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors and financial institutions.
  • Support capital raising activities including debt, equity and hybrid instruments.
  • Conduct due diligence, market research and risk assessment for new projects and acquisitions.
  • Advise management on optimal capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with project teams to evaluate project economics and financing options.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and sustainability standards.
  • Prepare board papers, investor presentations, and management reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA/CPA/MBA preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or energy sector finance.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, project finance and deal structuring.
  • Experience working on energy infrastructure, renewable energy or utilities projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
