Corporate Finance - Continuing Sponsorship

Our Client is a Capital Market Services (CMS) license holder from the Monetary Authority
of Singapore (MAS), and a Full Sponsor approved by the Singapore Exchange (SGX). They offer unparalleled industry expertise and extensive transactional experience to their clients in corporate finance, capital markets, including initial public offering (IPO), reverse takeover (RTO), secondary equity and debt fund raising, merger and acquisition (M&A) and other corporate actions.

They are seeking candidates to join their Continuing Sponsorship team.

AVP / Senior Associate / Associate (Continuing Sponsorship)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in managing a portfolio of companies listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange
• Review announcements, periodic financial statements, annual reports, and circulars on corporate actions
• Advise the directors and senior management on continuing listing obligations and corporate governance matters
• Interact with clients, regulators and other professionals, e.g., auditors, lawyers and corporate secretaries
• Monitor daily share price movements and media coverage of clients
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance/Banking and at least 2 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, finance, tax or audit
• Able to understand and analyse financial statements
• Organised, meticulous and self-motivated
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
