A prestigious US law firm in Singapore is seeking to hire talented and ambitious corporate and finance associates (1–3 PQE) to join its top-tier transactional team. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-end cross-border work within a globally integrated practice advising on some of the most complex and high-value matters in the market.

The team advises a sophisticated client base that includes global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure investors, and multinational corporates.

Work spans acquisition and leveraged finance, structured and real estate finance, syndicated and bilateral lending, project and infrastructure finance, and capital markets transactions. The team also advises on private credit, hybrid instruments, special situations, and broader corporate matters including joint ventures, M&A, and regulatory issues. Mandates frequently involve multi-jurisdictional elements across Asia-Pacific, South Asia, and emerging markets, with associates routinely engaged in transactions that intersect with complex legal frameworks, cross-border execution, and strategic investment structures.

Associates in this team enjoy hands-on deal experience, significant client interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most highly regarded transactional lawyers. The firm is noted for its strong internal culture, which encourages initiative, fosters mentorship, and offers associates a clear track to long-term career progression.

Key Features of the Role:

  • Work on market-leading, cross-border finance and corporate transactions across diverse industries including energy, telecoms, infrastructure, and financial services.
  • Gain exposure to emerging markets and frontier jurisdictions within a dynamic and fast-paced practice.
  • Be part of a team that regularly advises on cutting-edge financing structures and complex regulatory environments.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience gained in a leading international or top-tier domestic law firm.
  • Experience advising on cross-border financing and/or M&A transactions.
  • Admission in England & Wales or the US preferred.
  • Asia-Pacific experience and language skills advantageous.
  • Strong academic credentials, commercial mindset, and a genuine interest in international deal work.

This position offers a rare platform for ambitious associates to accelerate their development within a firm that combines global reach, first-class training, and a highly competitive US salary structure.
