Job description

This is a unique hybrid role that blends Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and execute investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting.
• Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) of portfolio companies to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to support financial consolidation and ad hoc reporting needs.
• Drive M&A initiatives including valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Prepare investment memos, board materials, and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support capital allocation decisions and shareholder communications.
• Work closely with C-suite executives and business leaders across the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, M&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Services.
• Exposure to Big 4 audit or advisory environments is considered advantageous.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
