Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Event & Sales Executive to drive event sales, manage client accounts, and coordinate seamless execution of corporate events at our venue. This role combines sales strategy, client servicing, and event operations to deliver exceptional experiences and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, target, and convert new corporate clients, including MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and private groups
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and event packages tailored to client needs
  • Conduct site visits and client presentations to showcase venue offerings
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
Event Coordination & Execution
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients from enquiry to post-event follow-up
  • Liaise with internal departments (F&B, Operations, AV, Front Office, etc.) to ensure event readiness
  • Prepare event orders, floor plans, and timelines
  • Manage on-site support during events to ensure smooth delivery and guest satisfaction
  • Handle client feedback and ensure proper closure of all event-related matters
Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain an up-to-date client database, pipeline tracking, and event documentation
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts
  • Assist with budgeting, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Events, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales, banquet coordination, or corporate hospitality
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling full-cycle event planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Able to work evenings/weekends/public holidays when required for events
