The CAP Consulting Group Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager for Corporate Business Planning to support CEO-level decisions with analysis and strategic insights. You will assist in evaluating M&A opportunities and in board-level reporting, KPI tracking, and cross-group coordination.

You will build financial models, coordinate end-to-end M&A processes, and help maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance from a recognized university.
• Around 7 to 11 years of total experience in M&A, business planning, corporate strategy/development, valuation or financial due diligence.
• Open to management consultants with relevant experience covering M&A, business planning, and strategy; also open to candidates with in-house strategy/corporate planning/M&A experience gained with MNCs.
• M&A and financial modelling skills are mandatory.
• Strong English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Excellent project management and the ability to work autonomously across competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare board reporting analyses, including long-term cashflow projections and related analyses.
• Consolidate board reporting papers in line with reporting timelines.
• Annual townhall materials preparation and consolidation.
• Execute ad-hoc special projects to improve reporting accuracy and management insights.

Summary:TheCorporateBusinessPlanningTeamsupportstheCEOandseniorleadershipinprovidinganalysisandstrategicinsightthatshapeinvestment,portfolio,andbusinessplanningdecisions.Youwillassistincorporate-levelprojectssuchastheevaluationofM&Aopportunitiesaswellasboard-levelreporting,KPItracking,andpartneringwithstakeholdersacrosstheGrouptostrengthentheaccuracyandrigourofourcorporateplanningprocess.

• Prepareasset-relateddataanalysistosupportmanagement'sinvestmentdecisions.
• Maintaindocumentationofinvestmentdecisions.
• Identifyandshortlistpotentialinvestmenttargets.

PeriodicKPITracking

• ConductperiodicKPItracking,includingcoordinationwithdepartmentsforinput.
• Suggestimprovementstothedashboardandanalyticalmethodologytoimproveaccuracy.
• Coordinate,receiveandreviewperiodicKPIreportsfromgroupcompanies.
