Tasks & Responsibilities -
1. Project Management:
Plan, execute, and deliver ESG development and HRIS projects, including reference documentation.
Ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders to achieve project success.
2. Vendor Management:
Source, evaluate, and liaise with external vendors to implement cost-effective Business Process and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
Negotiate and manage vendors in alignment with organizational goals.
3. Corporate Content Support:
Develop and manage the corporate intranet platform, especially covering ESG and HR-related topics and activities.
Create and maintain engaging and relevant content for corporate social media channels.
4. Corporate Development Duties:
Support corporate development initiatives in the areas of learning and development and ISO programmes.

Qualifications & Experience -
Education
Degree in Engineering, Science or IT.
Experience:
Some experience and a strong passion for project management, particularly in ESG or corporate development projects.
Skills:
Strong numerical, analytical, and digital proficiency.
Familiarity with content creation, statistical presentation, or digital automation tools is a plus.
Creative thinker with the ability to work diligently and independently.
