Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie seeks a thoughtful, commercially minded lawyer to join its Legal team and support procurement and strategic contracting across JAPAC and the U.S. You will advise on a broad range of commercial transactions, including technology, AI-enabled services, professional services, marketing, facilities, and other critical business functions.

You will work closely with Procurement and cross-functional Legal partners to help the business move with speed and confidence while navigating

About the Role

We are looking for a thoughtful, commercially minded lawyer to join our Legal team and support procurement and strategic contracting across JAPAC and the U.S.

You will advise on a broad range of commercial transactions, including agreements involving technology, AI-enabled services, professional services, marketing, facilities, and other critical business functions. You will work closely with Procurement and cross-functional Legal partners to help the business move with speed and confidence while navigating legal, regulatory, and commercial risk.

This role is well suited to someone who combines strong legal judgment with pragmatism, enjoys working on complex cross-border matters, and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving global environment.
