Job Title: Senior Executive/Executive, Corporate Communications

Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Corporate Communications team. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to strengthen our organisation’s reputation and effectively engage key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Corporate Communications Manager to design and implement communication strategies aligned with organisational goals and values.

  • Draft and edit engaging content for press releases, newsletters, social media platforms, and other channels.

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, including partner events and stakeholder visits.

  • Support the management of the company's online presence, including website content and social media updates.

  • Prepare internal communication materials, such as employee newsletters and announcements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and unified messaging across departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and media monitoring tools is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholder groups.

  • Highly organised with attention to detail and strong time management capabilities.
