Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate communications within a multinational company.
• Ability to develop writing, design and content creation skills.
• Experience supporting events and corporate branding.
• Knowledge of maritime industry communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal campaigns and employee engagement events.
• Support the creation of internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and captions for social media.
• Assist in producing multimedia content such as infographics, videos, newsletters and corporate presentations.
• Provide support in media monitoring and reporting on industry trends and company coverage.
• Ensure brand identity consistency across communications materials under guidance from the team.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on communications practices within maritime sectors.
• Provide administrative and project support to the communications team as required.
• Provide photo and video coverage at events for internal archives.
