Job description

Key Responsibilities –
  • Support investment and post-investment communications by preparing materials for fundraising activities, investor updates, joint announcements, and media Q&As to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  • Develop external-facing content such as corporate profiles, project briefs, executive speeches, cooperation updates, and official statements, tailored for partners and stakeholders in both English and Chinese.
  • Liaise with partners, joint ventures, and government agencies to support communication needs, including materials for co-hosted activities and collaborative initiatives.
  • Coordinate key corporate events and engagements such as signing ceremonies, investor roadshows, conferences, and executive visits, focusing on communication deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
  • Work with headquarters or investment entities on external communication initiatives, including media releases, translation of promotional content, and alignment with brand and messaging standards.
  • Provide internal communication support by preparing internal briefings, management updates, and progress bulletins to keep teams informed of major developments.
  • Maintain organized archives of all external communication materials, monitor messaging risks, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all external-facing content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with media and managing public relations campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
