Job Description:

The candidate should be a strategic thinker and planner with a passion for innovation. They should possess strong skills in planning and process orientation, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include managing existing sales pipelines, developing new business opportunities, maintaining records of customer interactions, and leading proposal and presentation development for new business materials. The role involves identifying trends and customer needs, building sales pipelines, coordinating marketing strategies, motivating the team, tracking performance, and reporting metrics.

The candidate will also monitor industry trends, manage proposal responses, generate leads, contact decision-makers, and develop outbound sales strategies. Maintaining professional knowledge through education, networking, and events is also expected.

In terms of corporate communications and ATL/BTL activities, responsibilities include following up on customer requests and complaints, assisting in sales efforts, analyzing customer needs, creating presentations, and monitoring market tenders.
