Corporate Business Development Manager (BDM)

Required Corporate Business Development Managers. Candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for sales and business development.

Job Description:
  1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify corporate clients and analyze market conditions to develop strategies.
  2. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods. Generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs, address concerns, and present solutions that align with their goals.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients. Tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  5. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Close deals and secure new business partnerships while meeting revenue targets.
  6. Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify growth areas and create plans to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
