A leading company in the financial sector is seeking an experienced professional to enhance their corporate banking services. The role involves managing client portfolios, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with banking policies. Candidates should possess a degree and substantial experience in trade finance and corporate banking.
Responsibilities:
Market & grow existing & new clients with loans and trade finance facilities
Manage & service existing portfolio as assigned
Responsible for credit applications proposals and reviews
Prepare and draft legal document for credit & trade finance facilities
Assist in planning & achieving revenue & marketing plans
Ensure all AML/KYC checks for all accounts in accordance to the regulatory & bank policy/procedures
Requirements:
Degree holder with 8-10 years of corporate banking & trade finance products experience
Good working experience in managing corporate accounts
Good working knowledge in legal documentary structures of such products, UCP600, URDG758, credit analysis
Good interpersonal skills
