Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions for syndicated loan opportunities
• Handle client inquiries and support document preparation (e.g. manuals, policies, reports), including English-Japanese translation
• Manage loan repayments and prepare accounting system inputs for disbursements and collections
• Coordinate AML documentation and client screening (e.g. using World Check One)
• Review basic details of syndicated loan deals and compile summaries
• Analyze financial statements and assist in credit proposal preparation

Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years of general working experience, preferably in a client facing role (B2B related)
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Have basic Excel skills (can enter simple formulas)
• No problem with sales correspondence and e-mail correspondence & comfortable to communicate
