Job summary

CLEARSK HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Admin & Operations Executive who will be tasked with organizing and supporting day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks and provide essential operational support, working closely with management and various teams.

This role offers exposure to corporate and HR functions, making it suitable for those early in their careers as well as fresh graduates with a keen interest in office administration and operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, office support or coordination roles preferred.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive corporate and office administrative support.
• Prepare internal memorandums and assist with business correspondence.
• Process staff claims and support HR-related administrative processes.
• Support day-to-day business and operations.
• Maintain proper documentation to comply with legal requirements.
