What you do
- Process and verify corporate actions, including dividend payments, mergers, and acquisitions
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of corporate actions
- Conduct thorough analysis of market data and regulatory requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and enhance client experience

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate actions, securities operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of market regulations, industry trends, and best practices in corporate actions processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
