As a Corporate Accountant (Automotive), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for Annual General Meeting and other related committee meetings

• Prepare and liaise with the company secretary and sponsor on corporate matters, including SGX announcements

• Coordinate and compile the Annual Report

• Prepare monthly financial and consolidated accounts for management review

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST Form 5

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget

• Support internal and external audit processes

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Possess a min Bachelors in Accountancy or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working as a corporate accountant
