What You Will Do
  1. Leverage CORE operating system (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) & SPS (Standard Production System) to achieve organizational excellence.
  2. Coordinate the Continuous Improvement programs and CORE/SPS activities within the company.
  3. Facilitate Tier Meetings - SPQDC discussions (Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
  4. Establish, drive, and sustain standardized visuals across the organization.
  5. Troubleshoot data extraction and visualization errors from Tier Boards.
  6. Oversee employee CORE proficiencies and training program status.
  7. Conduct CORE "Superday" training as required.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and ensure measurable implementation.
  9. Promote a strong and sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
  10. Coordinate continuous improvement projects & CORE engagement events.
  11. Monitor and track employee CORE proficiencies & training program status.
  12. Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials.
  13. Participate in the CORE council review.
  14. Support technology and CORE process improvement projects.
  15. Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.
  16. Manage CORE communications and updates to internal stakeholders.
  17. Carry out any other administrative activities or job duties assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
  1. Diploma in Business Analytics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience managing data analytics and continuous improvement activities.
  3. Relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or collaboration in driving transformation or process improvement.
  4. Good understanding of Lean Six Sigma with a continuous improvement mindset.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Access, to update and process data.
  6. Detail-oriented, well-organized with good prioritization skills.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Qualifications We Prefer
  1. Relevant experience in Aerospace, manufacturing, or MRO is preferred.
  2. Skills in PowerBI, Python programming, Macro VBA, or other relevant programming languages.
