Lancesoft is hiring an IT Business Engineer Lead for Core Banking with Temenos Transact (T24) expertise. The role focuses on leading requirements, analysis, and design for Core Banking in a Private Banking context, coordinating between business users, IT teams and external vendors.

The candidate should drive end-to-end project implementation including data migration, testing, training and production releases, while maintaining risk-aware and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead IT BA activities for Core Banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) and private banking processes.
• Experience coordinating business requirements with IT and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate business requirement gathering, analysis and functional designs for Core Banking projects.
• Analyse existing processes and design scalable, risk-aware solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, data mapping, migration plans and user guides.
