• Ensure timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents.
• Check and process freight billing from logistic providers.
• Maintain payment processing to suppliers and insurance applications.
• Achieve visualization of Key Performance metrics for departmental goals.

Coordinator - Supply Chain Operations Support (Logistics)

1) Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents.
2) Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers.
3) Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers.
4) Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application.
5) To achieve visualization of Key Performance of the department's goal and objectives.
