Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team in day-to-day operations. You will assist in document preparation, internal communication, and administrative tasks that ensure smooth execution of both local and export sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Sales Team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and proposals
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., production, design, logistics, marketing) to coordinate timely order fulfilment
  • Prepare export-related documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)
  • Update and maintain sales databases and trackers
  • Handle supermarket (FMCG) sales admin work such as updating listings, processing PO, and preparing for store campaigns
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, delivery schedules, and document flow
  • Coordinate with drivers, operations, and warehouse to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support in preparing presentation materials or sales reports when needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to assist the sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
  • Min. 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, export documentation, or admin support
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Food, FMCG or export documentation is a strong plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
