A leading eldercare organization in Singapore is seeking a Coordinator/Senior Executive to manage, organize, and execute programmes for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a client-centric approach, and a relevant diploma or degree. The Coordinator/Senior Executive, Programme works closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize and implement programmes/activities for clients across St Luke's ElderCare. He/She identifies areas of improvements in these programmes, implements quality control and compliance measures to maintain programme relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards.
The Programme Executive works in various care settings across SLEC including Senior Care Centres, St Luke’s Residences and Active Ageing Centres.
Job Responsbilities:

3. Manage manpower resources
4. Any other administrative work required to fulfil job tasks.
