Coordinator (CVT-2024-01-05)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage customers' job requests with a proactive solution-based approach.
• Confirm jobs into the job database and prepare complete documentation.
• Facilitate pre-job coordination with operations executives/controllers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up on issues during job execution which require multi-liaisons with stakeholders.
• Ensure proactive email communication among stakeholders to confirm document proof of job instructions and agreements.
• Provide real-time updates on job progress and provide POD copy at the earliest.
• Effectively address admin/operational issues and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure pre-job and post-job documentation are in order to facilitate smooth billing workflow.
• Provide statistical data when required.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by the Assistant Manager & Operations Manager, Conventional Operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good command of English.
• Competent and proficient knowledge of Conventional Operations.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and schedules.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, and strong customer service orientation.
• Good experience in order acceptance and providing multi-option solutions.
• Friendly and adaptive nature, service-oriented, and tactful in customer communications.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Possess Lifting Supervisor Certificate.

Working Conditions

• 5.25 working days per week.
• Be present at project sites as required.
