We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to support our Creative Division in both product development and administrative functions.

As the Coordinator, Creative Division, you will play a pivotal support role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating product development workflows, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working behind the scenes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Product Design Support
  • Input data into the PDNA system and maintain the product catalog
  • Organise and manage the product library (includes hands-on physical work)
  • Handle and dispatch product samples for internal and external use
  • Track the progress of product development, liaising with Supply Chain Management and suppliers
  • Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of confidential design documents
Administrative Support for Creative Division
  • Manage the division's shared calendar and assist in scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate timelines and fabrication milestones with various departments
  • Provide administrative support such as sourcing quotations and performing final artwork checks
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and disseminate follow-up actions or key information
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries for the division, including bookings and logistics
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in secretarial, administrative, or coordination roles
  • Proactive with good problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
  • Highly organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
