Job description

As a member of our team, you’ll work with experts in the field of Organisation and Leadership Development, learn more than you can imagine is possible, and work with some of the most sophisticated companies in the world doing meaningful and enjoyable work. You’ll need to work with technology platforms and build great relationships with customers and partners.


THE ROLE

1. Coordinate and Support Projects

Support the successful execution of leadership development and coaching projects by managing tasks efficiently and maintaining high-quality standards. This includes:

  • Tracking end-to-end project timelines
  • Administering multiple leadership assessments on our survey and development platforms
  • Coordinating coaching assignments (creating reports, ensuring clients are billed and tracking coaching progress)
  • Communicating with clients to schedule chemistry sessions, kick-off coaching assignments, and resolve issues to create a great client experience

2. Manage Associate Enablement & Relationships

Identify possible associates (e.g., assessors, coaches) and coordinate their onboarding to support organizational needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential associates and assisting on their onboarding
  • Coordinating associate agreements and renewals, including coordinating bio creation and ensuring agreements are in place
  • Tracking associate certifications and qualifications
  • Tracking expected invoices for associates and submitting these for processing
  • Managing associate access to resources (e.g., Partner Resource Library on SharePoint)

3. Support Certifications

Coordinate events and certifications to upskill partners and clients. Provide high-quality digital and human support. This involves:

  • Create, publish and tag articles on Intercom and monitor usage
  • Coordinate and upload events in Zoom and track attendance
  • Coordinate certification programs (sign-ups, pre-work, issuing certifications)
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to process and tools

DESIRED BACKGROUND

  • Minimum of a polytechnic diploma; prefer undergraduate
  • At least 1-3 years of related working experience
  • Ideally this will include work in a customer enablement role
  • Experience in administration of complex processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong software skills (highly proficient in Excel and Word) and experience using platforms and survey tools
  • Works quickly with high standards
  • Proactive, energetic and self-motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and solution orientation
  • Fluency in English is essential. Requires excellent writing skills for communication with clients in the US, Europe and across Asia

Flexible Work Options: This role is a full-time position. Work location is in Singapore but most work is conducted virtually.
