Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise & monitor worker to adhere safety rules.
2. Assist in arranging of SIC for ECO staff
3. Work closely with customer to understand their needs
4. Daily coordination of waste management, including site walk and liaising with ECO Customer Service for collection
5. Ensure waste generated on site is collected timely; include waste collection arrangement, E-tracking.
6. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage collection, including preparation of documents such as gate pass, customer declaration.
7. Oversee logistics arrangement.
8. On site liaising of collection arrangement, assisting drivers to the correct collection point and assisting with the documents endorsement from the user.
9. Capable of being the Permit Acceptor on site to apply Permit to Work.
10. Handling and sorting of general waste into different categories at ECO Customer Site.
11. Loading of waste onto skid bin using forklift.
12. Ensure all waste generating areas are serviced on a daily basis.
13. Maintain housekeeping in the waste compound.
14. Maximize usage of bins' capacity at ECO Customer Site.
15. Ensure all containments on site are sufficient and up to the standard requirements of Customer.
16. Optimizing the profits of company by sorting out recyclables and general waste.
17. Monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, and changes, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy.
18. Manage all aspects of work as assigned to and according to company policy.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Supervise Work At Height Course (preferred)
• Station on Customer Site to ensure primary responsibilities are fulfilled as and when required

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary: $2800 - $3000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm), Saturday (8am – 12pm)
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance
