Objective of Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Coordinator to support corporate and administrative matters between our operations in China and Singapore. This role also offers the opportunity to learn and assist in marketing and business development activities related to oil & gas trading. The ideal candidate is highly organized, and eager to develop cross-functional knowledge in both corporate coordination and oil trading.


Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Coordination (Primary Scope):
  • Act as the central liaison for internal and external communications between China and Singapore offices.
  • Coordinate corporate documentation, contracts, licensing, and filings in accordance with local regulations.
  • Provide support in corporate governance matters, including scheduling of meetings, drafting minutes, and maintaining proper records.
  • Translate documents and provide interpretation (Mandarin/English) as required.
  • Support cross-border compliance and administrative tasks.
Marketing & Trading Support (Learning Scope):
  • Assist the marketing/trading team in daily operations, including handling of trade documentation (contracts, invoices, shipping documents).
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking in the oil & gas industry.
  • Support client account management customer communications and database updates.
  • Learn to monitor pricing, market trends, and trading flows under the guidance of senior traders/marketers.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings and conferences.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate or trading environment (fresh graduates with strong language skills may be considered).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in learning the oil & gas trading business and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
