Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to menu and standards
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand expectations
  • Assist with food prep, cutting, portioning, and plating
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients
  • Work closely with kitchen team and service crew to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or F&B setting preferred (Japanese cuisine experience is a plus)
